Check out of the hostel is at 10h00, so we wake up at 09h00, just in time to eat and leave. Originally our plan was to go visit some castles today, but everyone seems to be tired, and She is pretty sick of Blonde-Bully, so the new plan is to try and get on an earlier train. We buy the day pass again (just in case we can’t switch trains (ours leaves at 22h37!)), and hop on the 19 big-metal-wheel-box towards the Centre-Gare.
Blonde-Bully goes and asks someone for us, turns out we are allowed to use our ticket any time from today on wards! Knowing this, we grab a bite to eat and sit at a restaurant in the station waiting for the 11h30 train back to Metz-ville. Everyone sighs a huge sigh of relief knowing we don’t have to stay any longer.
The bus ride back is pretty uneventful, just lots of giant-ones sleeping. All in all, the weekend was good, hopefully next weekend is just better!
